The heart of the OCS1830 is undoubtedly its efficient and high-performance brushless motor. A brushless motor has several advantages - it becomes lighter, operates more quietly, requires less maintenance, and, most importantly, has a longer lifespan compared to a traditional brushed motor.

Automatic lubrication of the chain:

The lubrication of the bar and chain is done automatically, which is invaluable when you need to saw continuously. During continuous use, it is recommended to refill the chain oil tank every half hour.

Tool-less chain tensioning:

When it's time to tension the saw chain, it's made incredibly easy through the user-friendly control on the side. The cordless chainsaw is equipped with a 12" bar and a compatible chain, both from Oregon.

Lightweight and Ergonomic Grip - OCS1830 chainsaw:

Despite its impressive capacity, Ryobi's battery-powered chainsaw weighs only 3.4 kg (excluding the battery). The lightweight combined with the ergonomic and vibration-damped two-handle grip makes the chainsaw very easy to handle. It minimizes strain on the body and allows you to work for longer sessions.
