Return Policy for Verktygsgrossen.nu

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a full refund, provided that the items are in original condition, unused, and in unopened packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Right of Withdrawal under the EU Distance Selling Regulations

Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods where the seal has been broken.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Digital products or items where the seal has been broken (e.g., hygiene products).

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our main warehouse, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be sent with trackable shipping to ensure we receive the package. We recommend using our courier service – the most cost-effective and convenient option. The courier will provide a prepaid shipping label and pick up your package.

Return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a defective item.

5. Complaints & Defective Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

We offer either a free replacement item or a refund.
Complaints must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Please attach photos and a brief description of the issue when submitting a complaint.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery.
IMPORTANT: If there is visible damage, report it immediately to the courier upon delivery and email us a copy of the damage report along with photos.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service and provide your order number and the product you wish to return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
We offer a convenient return pickup service. Simply pack the items, and our courier will bring a prepaid shipping label and collect the package. Ensure the item is well-packed in its original packaging.
The standard return shipping fee for most packages is €20, including VAT. For extra-large or bulky packages, we will notify you of the exact cost via email.
We will notify you once the return has been received and approved.

8. Returns & Cross-Border Customers

If you are returning an item from an EU country, please note:

All returns must be processed through trackable shipping.
Return shipping fees may vary depending on your country.
For returns from outside Sweden, we recommend checking with your local postal service or courier for the most cost-effective return shipping options.
If your country has specific customs or VAT rules, additional fees may apply for return shipments.
