Verktygsgrossen is a dropshipping wholesaler and distributor of around 10,000 tools, consumables and workshop equipment for the automotive, construction and garden industries. Resellers outside Sweden buy directly from Umbrella NetCon Sp. z o.o., our company in Warsaw, Poland, with dropshipping from our central warehouse in Poland, inside the EU – no customs and no import VAT for deliveries within the EU. If you want it, we can also build you a complete webshop under your own domain.
Quick facts about our reseller program
Here is what the Verktygsgrossen reseller program offers:
- Product range: around 10,000 products in stock – Beta Tools, Proline, BitMag, StealthMounts and other established brands.
- Trade prices: your own B2B login with discounted reseller prices and stock levels updated several times a day.
- Logistics: dropshipping directly from our warehouse in Poland to your end customer, usually within 3–7 business days.
- Automation: XML and CSV product feeds updated every night, and our turnkey e-commerce platform EuroBizShop.
- Neutral shipping: no invoice, prices or advertising from us in the parcel, and your company name as the reference on the shipping label – your customer sees your business, not ours.
Who is our reseller program for?
The Verktygsgrossen reseller program is designed for two types of companies that want to grow in the tools trade without tying up capital in their own inventory:
1. Companies that want a turnkey e-commerce solution
A turnkey e-commerce solution means you can start selling tools online without building the technology, managing stock or handling logistics yourself. Our platform EuroBizShop gives you a complete webshop with our product range pre-loaded and updated automatically – you focus on marketing and customer care. The solution suits both new entrepreneurs and established companies that want to add an e-commerce channel to their existing business.
2. Companies that want to buy individual products at wholesale prices
Wholesale purchasing suits you if you already run a physical store, workshop, webshop or business system and want to buy our products at trade prices for resale. You get access to the same discounted prices and can choose whether deliveries go to you for stocking, or directly to your end customer as dropshipping.
Our reseller solutions
Verktygsgrossen offers five levels for resellers – from a simple trade login to custom system integrations:
- Reseller login. Log in to our webshop and see your trade prices and current stock levels. Delivery and invoice go to you – you resell the products through your own store, workshop or webshop.
- Dropshipping. Order in our webshop as above, but the delivery goes directly to your end customer. The invoice is issued to you. No stock of your own, no picking, no packing.
- Branding with dropshipping. Shipments are neutral as standard. If you want your own brand on the parcel, we can seal them with packing tape carrying your logo – this requires ordering a few hundred rolls, but at a good price.
- Product feeds. Already have a webshop or business system that can import external product data? Use our XML or CSV feed, updated every night, to import and continuously update our product range in your system.
- Custom integrations. There is no public API as standard, but our in-house developers can build tailored connections to existing business systems and webshops when order volumes justify it. Such development carries a cost, borne fully or partly by the reseller – contact us to discuss.
EuroBizShop – our turnkey e-commerce platform
EuroBizShop is a ready-made e-commerce system – the same system we use ourselves to run Verktygsgrossen.nu. You get a ready-to-launch webshop, created for you with your unique design, under your own domain.
What is included in a EuroBizShop solution
A complete EuroBizShop solution includes the following:
- Your own webshop with your own design – ready to launch under your domain name and in your graphic profile.
- Our product range pre-loaded – filled with our products, your prices and your margins. You decide which products and categories from our range appear in your shop.
- Automatic synchronization – product information, prices and stock status are updated every night, without overwriting your own edits.
- Freight calculations and payment solutions – shipping rules for oversized and pallet goods, plus payment solutions such as Klarna, PayPal and more, ready configured.
- Invoicing, product variants and B2B pricing – built in, with no paid plugins needed.
- Open to other suppliers – an import module lets you sell products from any supplier in your shop, not just our range.
- Open source – built on OpenCart, so you own your shop and can move it to another host or bring in other developers whenever you like. No transaction fees and no share of your sales.

Terms and requirements
To become a reseller with Verktygsgrossen, your business needs to meet the following requirements:
- A company registered in an EU member state, with a valid VIES-registered EU VAT number
- Signed reseller agreement (sent to you when your account is activated)
- Suitable business where selling our products is the main activity or a natural complement to your existing range
Delivery country: we dropship to end customers in the country where the reseller company is registered. To serve additional countries, you need a separate company registered there, or you can buy to your own stock and ship yourself.
Payment: orders are paid in advance by bank transfer, Wise or other available methods. With a valid EU VAT number we invoice without VAT, with reverse charge on your side. Credit terms can be reviewed once we have trading history together.
Orders are placed in our webshop – log in, add the products to the cart and enter your customer's delivery address at checkout. Tracking is emailed to you; we never contact your customers.
Resellers in Sweden are served by our Swedish company, PK Intermedia.
Frequently asked questions from prospective resellers
Is there a minimum order volume?
No minimum order volume and no minimum turnover. You can order anything from a single product to large volumes. The minimum order value is currently around €10. No monthly fees, no setup fee and no dropshipping fee for the basic login.
What discounts do resellers get?
Our current reseller discounts off the retail price are 38.4 % on BitMag composite, 40 % on BitMag metal and 45 % on StealthMounts, where we are the official distributor. On the rest of the range the discount is up to 25 %, depending on product type and brand. Our retail price is a minimum recommended retail price – you set your own selling prices. Larger quantities in one go can be quoted separately.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated per order based on total weight and destination, and shown at checkout – that price applies. Parcels longer than 1 metre carry an oversize surcharge, and some goods ship on pallets. Both are flagged in the product feed, and the full shipping rate table is available on your account page.
What does the product feed contain?
The XML and CSV feeds, updated every night, contain product names, basic descriptions, images, your purchase prices, minimum recommended retail prices, stock levels, brand, category, EAN on approx. 95 % of articles, weights, dimensions and flags for oversized and pallet goods. Product images and data may be used in your shop and marketing under the reseller agreement.
What does the EuroBizShop platform cost?
EuroBizShop costs approx. €2,600 as a one-time setup fee plus approx. €450 per year for operation, hosting and updates, excluding VAT. The price includes your own design, our product range pre-loaded, nightly product and price updates, freight calculations and payment solutions. The current lead time is approximately 2–3 months.
How quickly can I get started?
Register an account and send us your EU VAT number. Once it is verified, we activate your reseller account and send the reseller agreement – you then see your prices and can download the product feed right away.
Can I sell your products on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces?
Yes. There are no restrictions from our side, and none for the brands where we are the official distributor. Certain other manufacturers have their own rules for marketplace sales, so check these per brand before listing. We ask for sensible pricing – dumping prices on a marketplace helps nobody.
Can I sell products from other suppliers in my EuroBizShop store?
Yes, EuroBizShop is your own webshop and you can sell products from any supplier – our product range updates automatically without affecting your other products.
What happens if an end customer wants to return a product?
Returns are reported via our return form, and we book a DPD courier that collects the goods directly from your customer – the return never passes through you. New, unused goods in resalable condition are credited to you. For returns not caused by an error on our side, the actual return freight is charged to you. You are the seller towards your customer and handle them according to your own terms. Full details are in our returns policy, section 9.

The descriptions in our product feed are deliberately plain and factual. Identical texts across several shops count as duplicate content and cost everyone visibility in search, so we strongly recommend writing your own texts for your market and language.
