1. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. You may choose to view prices excluding VAT on our website. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, supplier prices, printing errors, or obvious inaccuracies.

2. Orders

Orders are placed through our webshop.
By placing an order, you agree that your customer data may be processed to manage your order, delivery, returns, warranty claims, and customer service.
We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
An order becomes binding only when we have sent an order/delivery confirmation by email, or when delivery of the goods has started.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, stock status, and product information. In case of significant changes, we will contact you for approval or refund.
You are responsible for providing correct address and contact details. Suspected fraud or false orders may be reported to the police.

3. Payment Methods

We offer several payment options, including card payment, Kustom Checkout, PayPal and in some cases invoice/credit for credit-approved business customers. Any fees and terms are clearly shown in checkout before you complete your order.

Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB. Kustom Checkout displays available payment methods, delivery options, and checkout features to simplify the purchase process.

Kustom is not a bank and does not handle payments directly. The payment is processed by the payment service provider you choose in checkout, for example Klarna, Swish, card payment via Stripe, or other available options. Kustom does not perform credit assessments; this may be performed by the selected payment method/payment provider.

For B2B payments via Klarna, payment may in some cases be handled by the partner Billie, depending on what is offered in checkout at the time of purchase. Separate terms apply for the selected payment provider.

By completing the purchase in checkout, you accept our terms and conditions as well as Kustom’s terms of use, and confirm that you have read Kustom’s privacy policy.

4. Delivery

We ship orders using UPS, DHL, DPD, PostNord, or registered mail (REK), depending on the product, weight, and destination.
Normal delivery time is usually 1–3 business days for in-stock items, unless otherwise stated.
For bank transfer payments, the order is shipped once payment has been registered.
We deliver within Sweden and to most parts of the EU, depending on the product and carrier.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, carrier, and delivery destination.
Exact shipping costs are shown in the cart or checkout before you confirm your order.
For bulky goods or deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you in such cases before dispatch.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

The product must be in substantially unchanged condition. Original packaging should be kept if possible.
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

7. Shipping Damage and Complaints

If goods are damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier and contact us with photos of the damage and the relevant case/reference number.

Transport damage should be reported immediately or as soon as the damage is discovered.
Document the damage with photos of the packaging and product.
For approved claims, we offer a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, such as replacement goods, spare parts, repair, price reduction, or refund.

8. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order in special circumstances, for example in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical errors, delivery obstacles, suspected fraud, or if payment is not approved/completed.

Incorrect pricing or product information
If an obvious pricing error or incorrect product description has been published on the website and cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Suspected fraud or illegal activity
If there is suspicion of false information, payment fraud, or other abuse.
Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
For example natural disasters, strikes, government actions, major transport disruptions, or serious technical failures.
Unpaid orders or declined payment
If payment has not been completed or is declined by the bank/payment provider.
Breach of our terms and conditions
If the customer provides incorrect information or abuses campaigns, the right of withdrawal, or website functions.
Unusually large orders without prior contact
For volumes that clearly differ from normal consumer use, we may contact the customer for verification before processing the order.

In case of cancellation, we will refund any completed payment within a reasonable time, unless otherwise required by law or by agreement with the payment provider.

9. Warranties

Products are covered by warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and/or what is stated on the product page.
Some products may have an extended manufacturer warranty – see the relevant product information.
Warranty handling may in some cases be managed via the manufacturer or a service partner.

10. Unclaimed Parcels

Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us may result in charges for return shipping and handling.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want the parcel to be shipped again.
In case of refund for an unclaimed shipment, shipping, return shipping, and handling costs may be deducted in accordance with applicable rules.

11. Age Requirement

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have guardian approval.

12. Product Use

Our products may not be used in violation of applicable law. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are used safely and lawfully according to their intended purpose.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties when necessary to complete your order, for example with carriers, payment service providers, technical service providers, or when required by law.

When you use Kustom Checkout, personal data such as contact and order details may be processed so that the checkout can function, display relevant payment and delivery options, and complete the purchase. Kustom Checkout may also use autofill functions if you have previously saved or entered data in the checkout.

Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout function. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose (e.g. Klarna, Swish, Billie, or card payment via Stripe), and that provider processes your personal data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

By completing the purchase in checkout, you accept our terms and conditions, Kustom’s terms of use, and confirm that you have read Kustom’s privacy policy.

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, your personal data is processed by Klarna in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy and terms.
