At Verktygsgrossen we value your privacy and handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR). Below we describe what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Data Controller

PK Intermedia is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and operates the webshop Verktygsgrossen.nu. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us via our contact form.

2. What data we process and why

2.1 When you make a purchase

To handle your order, deliver your goods and fulfil our obligations, we process:

• Name and contact details (address, email, phone)
• Company registration number and company details (for business purchases)
• Order and payment information
• Purchase history

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1 b GDPR).

Recipients: Your data is shared with shipping providers for delivery and with payment providers (e.g. Klarna, Swish, PayPal), who become the data controller for the payment. We ship from our warehouse in Poland.

Retention: Data related to purchases is kept for as long as required by accounting law (7 years) and to handle complaints and warranty matters.

2.2 Customer service

When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to answer your question and handle your case, e.g. name, email, order number and correspondence.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract for purchase-related questions (Art. 6.1 b), otherwise our legitimate interest in providing good service (Art. 6.1 f).

Retention: Correspondence in complaint and warranty matters is kept for up to 3 years with regard to the right of complaint.

2.3 Newsletter and marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address to send offers and product information. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6.1 a GDPR).

Retention: Until you withdraw your consent.

2.4 Website visits and cookies

When you visit our website, we collect technical data about your device and information about how you use the site via cookies. This helps us improve the shop and show relevant content. More information is available in our cookie policy.

Legal basis: Consent to cookies (Art. 6.1 a), except for necessary cookies required for the website to function.

3. Where we process your data

We primarily process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure a level of protection comparable to that within the EU/EEA, for example through standard contractual clauses.

4. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Receive information about and access the data we process about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased ("the right to be forgotten"), if it is no longer needed or must be kept by law
• Restrict or object to certain processing
