StealthMounts battery mounts for Kobalt 24V give the platform batteries a fixed dock: the battery slides onto the mount, locks with its own catch and hangs securely at any angle until the release button is pressed. Six mounts sort the whole 24V fleet by the charger.

The mounts are injection moulded in ABS with countersunk screw holes. Made in Great Britain. Genuine product, supplied through official European distribution.

What sets the mount for Kobalt 24V apart?

The fit around the 24V max rail: the battery slides on and locks mechanically just as on the tool, with no straps or friction grips to wear out. In Europe a Kobalt fleet has usually moved home from across the Atlantic — and exactly then, when spare batteries are not on the shelf of the nearest DIY store, it pays double to keep every battery stored protected with the contacts clear.

Where do the Kobalt mounts earn their place?

In the garage and the hobby workshop: a row of mounts by the charger keeps the batteries for the drill, the saw and the garden machines sorted by charge status. The mounts can also go in the shed by the garden range or under a shelf above the bench — the battery hangs mechanically locked whichever way the mount is fitted.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do StealthMounts battery mounts fit all Kobalt 24V batteries?

Yes, the mount uses the rail and catch of the Kobalt 24V max platform, so batteries of different capacities click in as on the tool. The older Kobalt 20V batteries and the 40V/80V garden batteries use other interfaces and do not fit.

Does the Kobalt battery stay in a StealthMounts mount fitted upside down?

Yes, the battery is mechanically locked in the mount and only comes off via the release button on the battery. The mount can be fitted at any angle — wall, shelf underside or garage ceiling — and the battery hangs on until actively released.

What sets the StealthMounts Kobalt mount apart from a universal holder?

The fit: a universal holder must take many makes and therefore holds none of them properly, while this mount is moulded exactly around the Kobalt 24V rail and locks the battery with its own catch. For a platform whose spares are hard to find in Europe, that is the difference that protects the investment.
