HSS-Co twist drill with a diameter of 8.5 mm to DIN 338, made by Proline for drilling in hard-to-machine metals. The drill is sold as 1 pcs in a blister pack.

The drill is made from HSS steel with 5% cobalt and has high temperature resistance. The point angle is 135° with web thinning, so holes can be drilled quickly and centre punching can be skipped. The overall length is 117 mm and the working length is 75 mm.

The drill is fully ground, which gives high accuracy and straight holes. It is intended for drilling in high alloy, titanium, acid-resistant, stainless and heat-resistant steels as well as cast iron and other difficult to process materials.
