HSS Twist Drill DIN 338 4.8 mm, 2 pcs in Blister, Proline

HSS-Co metal drill bit with a diameter of 4.8 mm to DIN 338 from Proline. The pack contains 2 pcs of drill bits in a blister. The bits have a 135° point angle with adjusted chamfering, which gives quick drilling and reduces the need for centre punching.

The bits are made from HSS steel with 5% cobalt and have high temperature resistance. They are intended for drilling in high alloy, titanium, acid-resistant, stainless and heat-resistant steels as well as cast iron with strength above 900 N/m² and other difficult-to-machine materials.

The bits are fully ground, which gives high accuracy and straight holes. Overall length is 86 mm and working length is 52 mm.
