The Fabric

Differences compared to the slightly cheaper Plinth aluminum tents we offer:

1. Plinth tents have some plastic parts in the frame
2. Plinth tents have slightly thinner profiles in the roof (saber)
3. Plinth tents have a slightly lower entrance height
4. Plinth tents have a slightly lower price
5. Plinth tents have a 12-month warranty

Delivery Times for Quick Tents:

• Since these tents are made to order, the delivery time is 4-5 weeks.
• For prints, it may take a few extra days depending on the season and workload.
• Delivery is made in 2-3 boxes per tent via UPS / DHL / DPD. Larger orders are shipped with Schenker pallet.

Warranty:

This tent model is covered by a 24-month warranty.

1. Any transport damages must be reported to the courier/pickup point upon delivery. This means that packages must be opened and checked upon delivery while the courier waits or at the pickup location. A damage report must be written on the spot and then emailed to us. Please document with photos. We will quickly replace the damaged items/parts. Otherwise, the transport insurance will not apply.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages discovered upon delivery or occurring during normal use. It is normal for tents to wear out with use, and more expensive tents last much better than the cheapest ones. The warranty does not cover damages caused by storms, year-round permanent use of the tent, or other damages resulting from carelessness.
3. We provide all spare parts that can be ordered from us via email if needed.
