Fan Speed Controller – Smooth Ventilation Control
Do you need a reliable and efficient speed controller to adjust the fan speed in your ventilation system? Our fan controller from Berger Ventilatoren is a high-quality solution for regulating airflow and optimizing your ventilation.
Specifically designed for Berger Ventilatoren 300, but compatible with most other single-phase 230V fans up to 300W.
Benefits of This Fan Speed Controller
- Easy speed adjustment – Adjust voltage between 60V-230V for optimal fan performance.
- Simple operation – Can be used as both a power switch and speed control.
- High compatibility – Suitable for controlling fans with single-phase motors.
- Durable and robust – Made from strong ABS plastic, resistant to UV radiation and wear.
- Safe construction – Protection class IP54 when installed with a protective cover, IP44 when mounted recessed.
Perfect for Ventilation Systems
This fan speed controller is ideal for:
- Ventilation systems – Perfect for regulating airflow in homes, offices, and industrial facilities.
- Bathrooms and humid environments – High safety rating makes it suitable even in demanding conditions.
- Kitchens and restaurants – Optimizes air circulation and improves indoor climate.
- Industrial applications – Can be used to control larger fans in production halls and warehouses.

Optimize your ventilation and gain full control over your fan with this high-quality speed controller. Order now and experience easy installation and smooth airflow adjustment!
Note! This type of speed controller is less suitable for capacitor motors, especially when set to very low speeds. In such cases, the motor may hum and become warm. The solution is to increase the speed or use more expensive 5-step controllers with fixed speed settings.
INSTALLATION:
Connected in series with the fan. The Chinese characters on the back confirm the wiring:
-
进 (Jìn): Means "In". This is where you connect the incoming phase (L).
-
出 (Chū): Means "Out". This is where you connect the cable that goes to the fan's phase terminal.
Wiring Diagram for BV300-SC (2-pole)
Since the regulator only has two terminals, it functions like a power switch with a dimmer feature. It breaks/regulates the phase "on the way" to the fan.
-
Phase (Brown cable): Run the incoming phase from the electrical panel to the terminal marked 进 (left).
-
Switch wire to fan: Run a cable from the terminal marked 出 (right) directly to the fan's phase terminal (often marked L).
-
Neutral (Blue cable): The neutral should not go through the regulator. Connect the neutral from the electrical panel directly to the neutral on the fan (e.g., use a Wago connector behind the regulator in the box).
-
Ground (Yellow/Green): Connected directly from the panel to the fan's chassis/ground terminal.
NOTE: There is a small hole at the bottom. Inside that hole is the trimmer used to set the minimum speed (min-level). Once everything is connected, turn the regulator down to the lowest setting. If the fan hums but doesn't spin, use a small screwdriver in the hole to increase the base voltage until the fan spins stably.
