Construction

Axial fans with a compact, flat motor-rotor unit design, ensuring the motor body does not take up much space.

The housing consists of a square mounting plate, made of steel sheet painted black. Attached to the plate is a powder-coated steel wire mesh, on which the motor unit with an external rotor and connection box is mounted.

The fans are intended for installation in openings in building structures and can only be mounted from the inside (from the room side).

The series includes models:

• EXHAUST MODELS with airflow direction marked with arrow A->
• SUPPLY MODELS with airflow direction marked with arrow <-V

Rotor

Rotor blades made of steel painted black, dynamically balanced in class G4 according to DIN ISO 1940.

Drive and Control

The drive consists of a single-phase asynchronous electric motor (230V, 50Hz) with a rotating housing.

The motors have integrated thermal protection that cuts off the power when the temperature exceeds approximately 150-160°C, and the thermal protection resets at temperatures between 90-120°C.

Protection class for sizes 250 and 300 is IP44, while other models provide IP54 protection.

Insulation class F (155).

The fan is adapted for voltage regulation of the speed.

All fans are equipped with a connection box.

Application

Exhaust or supply (depending on the model) of clean, non-dusty air, free from chemically aggressive, corrosive, and explosive gases - in industrial, warehouse, and commercial buildings.
