Construction

Axial fans with a compact, flat motor-rotor system design, which ensures that the motor body takes up minimal space.

The housing consists of a square mounting plate made of profiled steel sheet, painted black. Attached to the plate is a powder-coated steel wire mesh, which holds the motor assembly with an external rotor and the junction box.

The fans are designed for installation in building partition openings and can only be mounted from the inside (from the room side).

Rotor

The rotor blades are made of black-painted steel, dynamically balanced to G4 class according to DIN ISO 1940.

Drive and Control

The drive is provided by a single-phase asynchronous electric motor (230V, 50Hz) with a rotating housing.

The motors are equipped with an integrated thermal protection that cuts off the power supply if the temperature exceeds approximately 150-160°C, with the thermal protection resetting at temperatures between 90-120°C.

Protection rating for sizes 250 and 300 is IP44, while other models provide IP54 protection.

Insulation class F (155).

The fan is designed for voltage speed regulation.

All fans are equipped with a junction box.

Applications

Used for exhaust or intake (depending on the model) of clean, non-dusty air that does not contain chemically aggressive, corrosive, or explosive gases - in industrial, warehouse, and commercial buildings.
