Kustom Checkout – payment with Klarna, card, Swish and more

We use Kustom Checkout to manage purchases in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution from Kustom AB where different payment methods and delivery options may be displayed.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly. Kustom provides the checkout interface and logic, while the payment itself is handled by the payment service provider you choose in checkout (for example Klarna, Swish, or card payment via Stripe).

When completing your purchase, you may be offered different payment methods depending on the order, customer details, and the options available in checkout. Some payment methods (for example Klarna) may perform a credit assessment in connection with the purchase. Kustom does not perform any credit assessment.

For a smoother checkout experience, Kustom Checkout may use autofill features if you have previously used and saved your details in the checkout.

By completing your purchase in the checkout, you accept our terms and conditions as well as Kustom’s terms of use, and confirm that you have read Kustom’s privacy policy.

If you choose Klarna: Klarna Bank AB handles the payment, including any credit assessment and invoicing. You pay Klarna according to Klarna’s terms.

NOTE: Invoices via Klarna are normally sent by Klarna according to their procedures and terms. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment method and delivery.

Mobile Payment

Pay quickly and easily with Swish. When selecting Swish, you approve the payment in the Swish app using Mobile BankID. Available for customers in Sweden with Swish.

PayPal

PayPal, card and bank

Secure and fast payments via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or payment cards according to the options offered by PayPal. Payment is normally registered immediately.

Invoice for companies (application)

Business customers may in some cases apply for invoice payment / credit. A standard credit assessment may be performed. Any fees and terms are always clearly shown in checkout before the order is submitted.

Please note that invoice options and credit providers may vary depending on the selected payment method and what is offered in checkout at the time of purchase.
