Our goal is that every tool leaving the production should be in perfect condition. Despite this, sometimes material or manufacturing defects may arise that are only discovered after a period of use. Therefore, as an extra security, Verktygsgrossen's warranty is included in the purchase. The warranty entitles you to free repair or replacement with a new product from the current range.

We are proud of the high reliability of our products, from simple hand tools to advanced special tools for professional use. As a reliable supplier, we also offer a comprehensive warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects in the products. A tool from Verktygsgrossen is meant to last for many years, therefore the warranty applies even if you lack a purchase receipt, it's enough that we can find your order with us via name, email, phone. Buying tools from VerktygsGrossen is a safe business, even long after the purchase. The warranty is always personal, applies only to the person who bought the product.

Conditions for VerktyugsGrossen's warranty are:

the tool has been well cared for, cleaned and regularly oiled
the tool has been used in the intended way
the tool is not worn out through normal use
the tool has not been overloaded

Warranty Length

The length of the warranty varies depending on the brand. For example:

Proline Tools - 10 years
Proline HD - lifetime warranty

Lifetime warranty means the product's lifetime which lasts as long as it is manufactured. In addition to our warranties, as our customer, you also have the statutory right to complain. VerktygsGrossen follows the consumer purchase law.

Conditions for VerktygsGrossen's Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty applies to all tools under normal conditions of use, and entitles to repair or a new product from the current range.

Exceptions:

Storage boxes, cases, cabinet and drawer interiors, and other packaging.
Consumables, i.e., products that normally wear out or cease to function after a period of use. Examples of consumables are drills, screw bits, files, saw blades, knives, and batteries.
Tools that have been modified, altered, or exposed to Force Majeure events.
Torque wrenches that have not been calibrated are not covered by the warranty.
Tools used in an incorrect and unintended manner, tools that have been overloaded, tools worn out after prolonged use, or tools that have been subjected to inadequate maintenance.
Tools containing electronics, pneumatics, or hydraulics. For these tools, a 1-year warranty applies, with proof of purchase.

Handling of Warranty Cases

If you encounter a product with manufacturing or material defects, report it to us via email, preferably attach a picture, description, and order number or other details that we can use to find your order. Before a defective product is replaced, it is assessed according to the above conditions and terms. Application of the warranty does not imply any right, beyond the above, to compensation of any kind
